Our Process

We specialise in placing graduates in businesses across the UK to work on permanent or contract-based assignments. Our consultants have worked with employers of all sizes and in all areas of business across the United Kingdom and we solve business problems through effective graduate placement solutions every day. We are committed to delivering a quality service; most of our consultants have an industry background and have experience in working with key companies in your sector.

 

Identifying an Opportunity

Our consultants thoroughly research your business before commencing the recruitment process.  During our initial contact with you, we will work hand-in-hand with you to develop a detailed Job Description for each placement being recruited. Our aim is to find out exactly what you are looking for and the role the graduate will play in your business. By investing time at the start of the process we know from experience that we will be able to offer a  successful end result.

 

Identifying the Right Candidate for You

A dedicated team of resourcers constantly updates our extensive database of graduates; which is now over 22,000 strong. Our strong presence within Universities and on graduate recruitment websites ensures we receive a constant flow of appropriate CVs. However, because of our exacting requirements only the top 25% of applicants get through our quality control procedures, enabling them to be registered on our database and considered for placement opportunities with your business.

 

Developing a Shortlist for Your Project

We aim to deliver our shortlist of graduates and the supporting notes we make on each candidate within 72 hours of taking on your placement opportunity. Our views are balanced and objective outlining a candidate’s strengths as well as any possible reservations or areas for further investigation. Once you have identified the most appropriate candidates interviews are arranged with the agreed short-list. Before the interviews, all candidates are provided with an information pack as well as being fully briefed on the selection process. This ensures that both parties get all they can from the experience.

 

Once you Have Identified a Graduate to Work With…

We agree on the start date, terms of reference and duration of your project and confirm everything in writing to you and the graduate within 24 hours. Once your placement is underway we review progress with you and the graduate on a weekly basis via an activity summary and timesheet, which is submitted by the graduate and countersigned by their line manager within your business. We ensure that the placement matches expectations on both sides and deal with any issues should they arise as the project develops. We work with you at all stages to ensure that your expectations of the placement are fully met.
